We recommend changing your game server name so you can easily find your Renown server in the game server list. In this guide, we'll show you two ways to update your Renown server name.

Note: We recommend to fully stop your Renown server before making any configuration or setting changes.

Change the Server Name in the Game Settings

  1. Login to your Nodecraft Dashboard.

  2. Click Panel with the gear icon on your Renown server

  3. Locate the Game Settings on the left side menu of the Nodecraft server control panel.

  4. In the Basic tab of the Game Settings you can edit your Server Name in the selected field below.

  5. Select Submit to Save your changes.

  6. Start your Renown server.

Change the Server Name in the Config File

  1. Navigate to Server Files/Files on the left menu of the Nodecraft server control panel.

  2. Select the game.ini file in /Renown_Combat/Saved/Config/LinuxServer.

  3. Select Edit.

  4. Locate ServerName and input your desired Server Name.

  5. Select Save.

  6. Start your Voyagers of Nera game server.
