How to Gain Admin Access on Your Icarus Server

Becoming an admin on your Icarus server gives you full access to a wide range of powerful admin commands, such as /Kick, /Returntolobby, and many more.

To unlock these commands, we will first review how to configure an admin password for your server through the Nodecraft Pro Panel. Once the admin password is set, we will then cover joining the game as an admin!

Setting Up an Admin Password

1. Open the Nodecraft Pro Panel for your Icarus game server.

2. Navigate to the Game Settings tab.

3. Locate the "Admin Password" section and enter your desired password in the provided field.

4. Select "Submit" to save your configuration changes.

5. Restart your server for these config changes to take effect.

Becoming an Admin In-Game

1. Launch Icarus and connect to your game server.

2. Press Enter to open the in-game chatbox.

3. Type the admin login command and insert the admin password that you set within the Game Settings. /AdminLogin YourAdminPassword

4. Press Enter.

You’ll receive a Login Successful message in the chat if you’ve logged in correctly.

Once you're logged in as an admin, you'll have full control of your Icarus game server and can start using admin commands.
