Your 7 Days to Die server with Nodecraft is available to be online 24/7. Server owners and admins can start and stop the server at their discretion, but as long as it is set to online, it is running.

Do you provide dedicated IPs for 7 Days to Die Servers?
Yes, all of our 7 Days to Die servers are issued a dedicated IP address that will only be used by one customer at a time. We also provide a DNS Hostname for each server which can be used interchangeably.

What is an instance?
Nodecraft allows users to save and swap between games and modpacks by utilizing the server instances available to each plan. These instances can be thought of like save slots that are able to hold a game server's files in a saved state for you to pop back into your server to play later.

How many player slots does my 7 Days to Die server have?
Nodecraft does not limit player slots on your server, so you can have as many player slots as the game allows on dedicated game servers!

How do I cancel my service?
