When will I be billed?

Do my RedM servers run 24/7?
Your RedM server with Nodecraft is available to be online 24/7. Server owners and admins can start and stop the server at their discretion, but as long as it is set to online, it is running.

Our data centers have both external and internal packet scrubbing to protect against large-scale attacks against each server.

Do you provide dedicated IPs for RedM servers?
Yes, all of our RedM servers are issued a dedicated IP address that will only be used by one customer at a time. We also provide a DNS Hostname for each server which can be used interchangeably.

What is an instance?
Nodecraft allows users to save and swap between games and modpacks by utilizing the server instances available to each plan. These instances can be thought of like save slots that are able to hold a game server's files in a saved state for you to pop back into your server to play later.

How many player slots does my RedM server have?
Nodecraft does not directly limit player slots for servers, however a Cfx.Re Element Club subscription is required for any servers with more than 48 slots. You can obtain the Element Club subscription from the Cfx.re Portal.

How do I cancel my service?
Our entire team understands the anxiety around canceling your online subscriptions. Your game server subscriptions can be canceled instantly and at any time by following the instructions below:
