Do my FiveM servers run 24/7?
Your FiveM server with Nodecraft is available to be online 24/7. Server owners and admins can start and stop the server at their discretion, but as long as it is set to online, it is running.

Do you provide dedicated IPs for FiveM servers?
Yes, all of our FiveM servers are issued a dedicated IP address that will only be used by one customer at a time. We also provide a DNS Hostname for each server which can be used interchangeably.

What is an instance?
Nodecraft allows users to save and swap between games and modpacks by utilizing the server instances available to each plan. These instances can be thought of like save slots that are able to hold a game server's files in a saved state for you to pop back into your server to play later.

How many player slots does my FiveM server have?
Nodecraft does not directly limit player slots for servers, however a Cfx.Re Element Club subscription is required for any servers with more than 48 slots. You can obtain the Element Club subscription from the Cfx.re Portal.

How do I cancel my service?
