Our Tokyo servers are hosted in a data centre in Tokyo, Japan. It is our East Asia location, alongside Singapore in South-East Asia and Sydney and Melbourne in Australia.

Yes. Players in Seoul and Busan usually see around 30 to 40 ms to Tokyo, which feels smooth in nearly every game.
It works well as a middle ground. Players in Japan get very low ping, and players on the US West Coast usually see around 100 ms. If most of your group is in North America, Seattle or San Jose will suit them better.
