Submitting Bugs/Issues for AdminPal.gg

Troubleshooting Steps

If you're having difficulty connecting to your Palworld server over RCON with AdminPal, here are some common fixes:

• In the IP field, ensure you only include the server IP without any appended port like :8211.

• Ensure that RCONEnabled=True appears in your PalWorldSettings.ini config file.

• Double-check that you are using the correct AdminPassword and have restarted your server if necessary.

• Double-check the RCONPort you are using (default is 25575). This is not your game port.

• Make sure you have all of the necessary ports for your server forwarded. You may need to review your ISP’s documentation on how to make sure everything is forwarded correctly.
  Generally, the ports: 8211, 27015, 27016, 25575 are needed for dedicated server setup, if you’re doing everything with defaults in mind.

• Patch v0.1.5.0 changes Rcon by requiring either -rcon or -rconport=25575 to be on the command line or startup arguments.

• A HAR file. HAR files can be used to troubleshoot issues, specifically for problems such as performance and page rendering.

• Replication steps if applicable.
