How to Reset Your Icarus Server

Resetting an Icarus dedicated server involves clearing or deleting certain data files and settings to revert the server to its original state. This process can help if you’re troubleshooting or just want to restart your game world from scratch. Here’s how to reset your Icarus server step-by-step.

Backup Important Data

Before proceeding with a reset, it’s a good idea to back up any important data, such as player information, session progress, or configurations. If you don't need to keep any data, feel free to skip this step.

Stop the Server

  2. Navigate to the Backups tab.

  3. Click the Create Backup button.

  4. Wait for the process to complete before proceeding.
