What happens if my server is suspended?

Service suspension should only occur in these situations:

• Your subscription payment was not paid on time

• There was an chargeback or dispute with a previously payment

What happens to my server?

We will automatically backup and archive your server into an instance. The files are kept for a minimum of 14 days after the termination date. Your IP address and hostname will not be reserved, meaning they could be issued to another customer.

How do I restore my server?

Simply purchase a new service/bot and re-deploy your server's instance.
