Resetting your Space Engineers server will fully wipe your existing world and restore all server settings back to their defaults. This means world data, configuration changes, gameplay modifiers, and custom settings will all be removed.

If you are looking to start completely over, this guide will walk you through how to safely reset your Space Engineers server from your Nodecraft Dashboard.

Using the Control Panel

  1. Navigate to your Nodecraft Dashboard.

  2. Click the Panel button for your Hytale server.

  3. Locate and click Installer in the menu on the left side.

  4. Click Install next to the version of Space Engineers you’re running.

  5. Choose Fresh Install, then click Install.

  6. Once complete, start the server.

Your Space Engineers server has now been fully reset.

A brand-new default world has been generated, and all settings have been restored to their original configuration. Before inviting players back in, make sure to reapply any custom settings, enable crossplay if needed, or reinstall mods.
