In this guide we are going to cover how you can reset your Valheim server. You may find yourself with a server that is not working as intended and are unable to resolve the issue or you just want to have a fresh start. 

Resetting Your Server

  1. Open your Dashboard

  2. Locate your Valheim  server and click on the Panel button. 

  3. Once on your Valheim panel, click on the One-Click Installer. 

  4. Once on the installer page, locate the Official version under Valheim Official and click on Install.

  5. On the next page, under Install Method click on Fresh Install. 

  6. Then click on the Install button. At this point all the data on your server will be erased and cannot be recovered or restored without having a backup.

Conclusion

You have now reset your Valheim server. If you were resetting to try and troubleshoot an issue you can see if the issue is still present. If you were just wanting a fresh start, you can play your server as normal.
