How to Sell Items in Windrose

If you have been hauling around piles of treasure items wondering where to actually sell them in Windrose, you’re definitely not alone. The game constantly throws items at you with descriptions like “Could be sold to smugglers” or hints about them having value in Tortuga, but it never really explains where those buyers are located.

Funny enough, there is not actually a treasure buyer in Tortuga itself. Instead, different item types are sold to different faction buyers spread across the world. This guide covers where to sell treasure, trophies, provisions, medicine, and other valuables in Windrose, along with the prices you can expect to receive.

Selling Treasure Items

Treasure items are sold through the Smugglers of Port Royal Main Base. You will naturally discover this location during the Underground Network quest, which is part of the Buccaneers questline after repairing the Ketch from the beach.

During the second objective of the quest, you will be told to Talk to Marita. Once you enter the cave where Marita is located, look to her left for an NPC simply named Buyer.

Another buyer can be found at the Rogue Buccaneers Main Base. This location becomes available during the third part of the Buccaneers side questline, so you will naturally unlock it as you continue progressing through those quests.

The buyer is located inside the central tent of the camp.

Selling Provisions and Medicine

Provisions and Medicine are sold through the People of Tortuga Main Base. The nearby waters are called Brethren of the Coast Waters, which can make the location slightly confusing compared to the other faction territories.

You will first encounter this base during the second step of the Buccaneers questline when delivering supplies to Charlie Sharpe.

To find the buyer:

1. Enter the villa through the main gate.

2. Take the first left.

3. The buyer is inside on the lower level.

If you go upstairs onto the balcony, you will instead find Charlie Sharpe and the Provisioner.
