Shared progress on your Windrose server controls whether certain progression is carried across players or kept more individual. This can be useful if you want everyone playing in the same world to either move forward together or handle progression more separately. In this guide, we’ll show you how to enable or disable shared progress on your Windrose server.

Note: Be sure that your Windrose server is fully stopped before making any configuration changes or setting updates!

Using the Control Panel

  1. Navigate to your Nodecraft Dashboard.

  2. Click the Panel button for your Minecraft server.

  3. Locate and click Game Settings in the menu on the left side.

  4. Click on the Worlds tab.

  5. Mouse over your world and click the Edit this World button.

  6. Change your World Preset to Custom, if not already selected.

  7. Toggle the Co-op Quests to your desired option.

  8. Click Save at the bottom.

  9. Start your server!

Conclusion

Changing the shared progress setting on your Windrose server gives you more control over how progression works for everyone playing in the same world. Whether you want players to move forward together or keep things a little more separate, this setting helps shape the kind of multiplayer experience your server offers.
