School-Time Support Hours
We've always noticed a significant shift of the number of support inquires over each school year. With this being our biggest year, we've noticed two significant drops in support inquires via both tickets and live-chat. Our first drop was mid-August with American schools returning and the second drop has been in the last month or so with European schools also returning.
Until we see a new spike in our support data, we are going to shift our support hours to "School-Time" hours as listed below:
Monday - Thursday: 12:00pm - 8:00pm CST Friday & Saturday: 12:00pm - 10:00pm CST Sunday: 2:00pm- 6:00pm CST tickets only
It's also notable that we will be handling all support tickets on Monday-Friday from 9am - close as per normal. Live-chat and phone hours will be limited to the hours listed above.
