  1. Introduction

    1. These terms and conditions apply to the Survey conducted by Nodecraft, Inc ("Company"). By participating in the Survey and entering the prize draw, you agree to be bound by these terms.

  2. Eligibility

  3. Participants must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is greater.

    1. Employees of Nodecraft, their immediate family members, and persons living in the same household are not eligible to participate.

  4. Survey Participation

    1. The Survey begins on 17 December 2024 and ends on 31 January 2025.

    2. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

    3. Participation is subject to these terms and any applicable local laws or regulations.

  5. Prize Draw Entry

    1. Upon completing the Survey, participants may enter the prize draw by providing a valid email address.

    2. Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries will result in disqualification.

    3. Automated or bulk entries are prohibited.

    4. Use of disposable, temporary, or email inboxes that aren't a personal inbox for a legal participant is strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification.

  6. Prizes

    1. The prize draw includes: 5 Steam or Amazon Gift Cards valued at $50

    2. Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  7. Winner Selection

    1. Winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries after the Survey closes.

    2. Winner will be notified via email within 5 days of the draw.

  8. Claiming Prizes

    1. Winner must claim their prize within 7 days of notification.

    2. Unclaimed prizes are forfeited on the next business day following the initial 7 day notification window.

  9. Privacy

    1. Personal information collected during the Survey will be used solely for administering the Survey and prize draw.

    2. Personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR for EU participants.

  10. Liability

    1. The Company is not responsible for incomplete, lost, delayed, or misdirected entries due to technical or other issues beyond its control.

    2. The Company’s liability is limited to the value of the prizes offered.

  11. Changes to Terms.

    1. The Company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at its discretion, subject to providing reasonable notice when required by law.

  12. Governing Law and Disputes

    1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United States, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the Company’s registered location.
