# How to See Mob’s Health Bars in Hytale

Learn how to turn entity health bars on or off for your Hytale game!

Ever wish you could see exactly how much health a mob has left instead of guessing mid-fight? Hytale includes a built-in option that lets you display health bars above mobs, making combat and testing a lot more straightforward.

In this guide, we’ll show you where to find the mob health bar setting and how to turn it on so you can keep better track of what you’re fighting.

1. Open the Hytale launcher and click **Play**.
2. Once the game launches, click **Settings** in the lower left corner.
3. Under the General tab, scroll down to **User Interface**.
4. Here you will find the **Show Entity Health Bars** option. Turning this one will show health bars above each mobs head.

You should now be able to see health bars above mobs in Hytale, making it easier to track damage and plan your fights. This setting is especially handy when testing builds, learning enemy behavior, or just wanting a bit more clarity during combat.

If you ever want to change things up, you can toggle the setting off just as easily.
