# How to Join your Hollow Knight Silksong Server with Silkless Coop

Here's a step-by-step guide on how to connect to your modded Hollow Knight Silksong server using the [Silkless Coop Mod on Nexus](https://www.nexusmods.com/hollowknightsilksong/mods/73).

## Connect via IP Address or DNS Hostname

1. Log in to your Nodecraft **dashboard**.
2. Navigate to your Silkless Coop server.
3. Open the **Silksong server control panel**.
4. In the **Overview section**, locate the **Host Name or  IP** in the **Server Information** block.
5. Make sure [BepInEx 5](https://github.com/BepInEx/BepInEx/releases)  and the [Silkless Coop Mod](https://www.nexusmods.com/hollowknightsilksong/mods/73) is installed on your copy of Hollow Knight: Silksong.
6. **Paste** the server address from above and set it on your game's copy of Hollow Knight Silksong file:  `BepInEx/Config/SilklessCoop.cfg` . Set `Server IP Address = <HOSTNAME|IP>` where <HOSTNAME|IP> is the copied example:

7. **Launch** Hollow Knight: Silksong
8. Click **Enable Multiplayer** to connect to the configured server
