# Withdrawal from the Moscow data center

Nodecraft no longer offers server hosting in the Moscow, Russia datacenter.

In the light of tensions and further sanctions in Russia, it is time for us to pull out of the Moscow data center.  Termination of service from Moscow will be effective as of February 25, 2022.

If you have a server hosted in Moscow, don't worry-- we'll be sending you an email shortly to discuss the plan moving forward, so check your inboxes!  Your backups are safe. 🙂

For those in the region, we do have service available from Amsterdam, Bucharest, London and Madrid as alternatives to consider.
